ATI’s family of Digital Audio Distribution Amplifiers is designed to isolate, regenerate and distribute AES2-1992 and IEC 958 digital audio, commonly called AES/EBU formatting or AES3.
There are four models of the DDA to meet your specific needs, click on the model for specifications.
DDA106-XLR: 1 AES3 input with 6 AES3 outputs
DDA106/WCD106-XLR: 1 AES3 input with 6 AES3 outputs, and 1 Word Clock input with 6 World Clock outputs
DDA208-XLR: 2 AES3 inputs each with 4 AES3 outputs
DDA212-XLR: 2 AES3 inputs each with 6 AES3 outputs
All ATI DDA’s operate at AES3 sample rates from 32 kHz to 192 kHz and 16-bit through 24-bit depth and feature transformer-isolated 110-ohm balanced inputs and outputs with low propagation delay (<50ns) and very low jitter.
Dual input DDA units can have both INPUT GROUP A bridged to all GROUP A and GROUP B outputs providing one input to all outputs using the internal switch.
A-B INPUTS BRIDGED, AES INPUT LOCKED and AUDIO ERROR indications are displayed on each DDA’s front panel.
Each DDA has AES EQ to compensate for being driven from extremely long input lines (>300 meters); AES EQ is enabled via an internal toggle switch. Equalization works independently for each input. AES EQ ENABLED is displayed on the front panel for each OUTPUT GROUP A and OUTPUT GROUP B.
